+        Preventing flood and submergence actively, draining for infrastructures and economical people's livelihood for the area 2.100 hectares. Project contributes closure and increase efficiency of investment of Sai Gon river side flood prevention dike;

+        Contributing the synchronous development of area infrastructure by  modernization;

+        Controlling and handling submergence when disadvantage combinations happen: heavy rain, high tide and flood flush from upstream.
